Striktly Urban is a regular nightclub concept, focusing mainly on rap music and all its ‘categories’, for a wide range of audiences. The concept originated on the initiative of two Prague DJs, whose vision is of regular Thursday events with live performances in a very “human” time: dj warmup lasts no more than an hour, followed by an hour rap concert (whether legend or newcomers), then Dj set until the end of the event – again max. 1 – 1, 5 hours. So the whole event has a fast gradient, not waiting for the first support by midnight, sleep-eager people can be home at a reasonable time.
The aim of the whole concept is to bring to Prague 7 a regular dose of high quality rap music, both from its founders and from current trends of rappers, every week at a fixed time. To build a strong community for which Thursday evenings at Letná will become a pleasant variation. Presented in high quality sound in an original and easily accessible place in the heart of Letná.
